Reflux splitters operate
according to the following principle: they consist of a casing which is
subdivided into three chambers. The feed chamber is located above from
where the liquid is directed into the reflux or pass-out chamber
respectively, depending on the positioning of the dividing body.
The dividing body is actuated by means of a magnetic coupling which
allows a pressure- and vacuum-tight design. The exterior drive is
effected by a pneumatic rotary motor. All parts which might be
contacted by the product, have been made of or lined with
corrosion-proof materials so that even with a longer period of
operation a consistent high quality is ensured.
